Personal data we process
We collect and process personal data when you contact us through this website, by phone or by email. Typically this includes:
- Name and company
- Email address
- Phone number
- Information about your project, production line or equipment need
The contact form on this site opens your own email client — the message is sent directly to us by email and is not stored in a database on the website.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and deliver the services you have asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and, where relevant, performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Statistics cookies are only used with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
Cookies
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies and local storage are used for basic functionality, such as remembering your cookie choice and keeping an administrator signed in. They cannot be disabled.
Statistics cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-N3D35BCTLE) to see how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and for how long. Data is collected in aggregated and anonymised form and is not used to identify you. Google Consent Mode is enabled, so no analytics cookies are set before you accept.
Google Ireland Limited acts as data processor and data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing cookies. The option is reserved for future use and is switched off by default.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
Disclosure and processors
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by our IT and hosting providers, our email provider and Google Analytics, all acting as data processors under written agreements.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for documentation purposes, normally up to 3 years after the last contact. Accounting material is kept for 5 years as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have data erased in certain cases
- Object to or request restriction of processing
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)
